Robyn Hanvidge
Mon Then Productions is built around one belief: that queer artists deserve properly produced nights, not scratch events. Robyn Hanvidge is the creative director, producer and driving force behind every show.
Robyn graduated with a 1st Class degree in Theatre and Performance, with a focus on Producing, Directing and R&D, alongside choreography and film. Before that she trained in Professional Dance Performance at London Studio Centre, before an injury redirected her path into production.
Her background in dance runs deep: performing in films, representing Team Scotland Jazz as Captain, dancing with the National Youth Dance Company, choreographing full-length productions and a piece for Edinburgh Fringe, and completing full-time professional training at West College Scotland.
Collaborators bring skills across lighting, sound, costuming and stage management. Every show is a team effort, even when it doesn’t look like one from the front row.
